Growing up in southern Alabama, I know firsthand the warm feelings food and family can bring. Some of my fondest memories were created with loved ones at the dinner table. Every Sunday my grandmother, Eloise Pettway, would prepare buttery biscuits, crispy fried chicken and all our favorite fixin's, but the meal was never complete without the sweet treat we endearingly named "Nanna's Famous Banana Pudding."
As a small child, Grandmother Eloise nicknamed me Kimma Lou. And even after her passing, that nickname – and my love for her banana pudding – lives on. In her loving memory, I have created, "Kimma Lou's Famous Banana Pudding," for our customers, family and friends to enjoy.
